Brady had his 9 month well baby check up today and it did not go so well. He has grown in length and is up to 28.74 inches (70th percentile); however, he has not gained any weight in three months and is now in the 8th percentile for weight. I am praying that it is because he is SO active...the bug NEVER sits still... He eats really well and isn't fussy or cranky (except when he is tired). All other milestones were on target or ahead of schedule so the Dr. was perplexed by the weight issue. They took a blood, urine and poo sample to run some tests. He didn't like being stuck with the needle but didn't cry too much...think Mom had more tears than the bug! He took quite a while to pee in the little bag they put on him so Daddy was late for work... think Brady just wanted to remind us who was in charge...he likes to do that ever so often! He also got his seasonal flu shot and was so enthralled with a toy the nurse handed him that he never even flinched with that. We will hopefully have some test results by Friday afternoon so please keep the little guy (and mom and dad) in your prayers.
